DZUG Held 2012 Annual Shareholders Meeting
Shanghai Dazhong Public Utilities (Group) Co.,ltd held the 2012 Annual Shareholders Meeting at the Multifunctional Hall on the third floor of Jimao Hotel, No. 1525 West Zhongshan Road, Shanghai in the morning of June 6, 2013, and 69 shareholders and agents of the shareholders attended the meeting, representing 474,587,709 shares (four hundred and seventy four million, five hundred and eighty seven thousand, seven hundred and nine), accounting for 28.8526% of the total share capital of the Company. In line with the provisions of the Company Law and Articles of Association.
The meeting passed the 2012 Annual Work Report of the Board of Directors, 2013 Annual Work Report of the Board of Supervisors, 2013 Annual Work Report of General Manager, 2012 Annual Financial Account Report and 2013 Annual Financial Budget Report, and 2012 Annual Profit Distribution Plan of the Company, and other important proposals by voting. It is witnessed by Jin Mao Partners, while issuing legal opinions.
Chairman Yang Guoping presided over the meeting, and led the management layer present at the meeting to have good communications with present shareholders. Guoping Yang, chairman of the company said the company will actively respond to the slowing foreign economic growth and the downward pressure of domestic economy, adhering to the "seek stability in the progress,seek fast speed in stability, seek health in the fast speed", insisting on the combination of industrial investment and financial venture capital investment, to promote the work of the company effectively and create better results, to reward the society and the vast shareholders.
