DZUG Held 2013 Annual Shareholders Meeting
Shanghai Dazhong Public Utilities (group) Co.,ltd held the 2013 Annual Shareholders Meeting Meeting at the Multifunctional Hall on the third floor of Jimao Hotel, No. 1525 West Zhongshan Road, Shanghai in the morning of April 29, 2014, and 66 shareholders and authorized representatives attended the meeting, representing 474,757,181 shares, accounting for 28.8629% of the total share capital of the Company. In line with the provisions of Company Law and Articles of Association.
The meeting passed the 2013 Annual Work Report of the Board of Directors, 2013Annual Work Report of the Board of Supervisors, 2013 Annual Work Report of General Manager, 2013 Annual Financial Account Report and 2014 Annual Financial Budget Report, and 2013 Annual Profit Distribution Plan of the Company, and other important proposals by voting. It is witnessed by attorney Zhiqiang Li and Xiangqian Wang from Jin Mao Partners, while issuing legal opinions.
Chairman Yang Guoping presided over the meeting, and led the management layer present at the meeting to have good communications with present shareholders. Yang Guoping, chairman of the company, said the company will insist on seek improvement in stability, developing public utilities and financial venture capital at the same pace, actively expanding finance and similar-financial projects, to increase investment in financial services industry, so as to return the majority of shareholders with good management performance.
