Group Chairman Yang Guoping attended the 41th Shareholders Meeting and the Sixth Session of the First Meeting of the Board of Directors of Shenzhen Capital Group Co.,Ltd.
From August 22, 2016 to August 23, Chairman Yang Guoping, CEO Liang Jiawei of Shanghai Dazhong Public Utilities (Group) Co.,ltd went to Shenzhen to attend the meeting of Shenzhen Capital Group Co.,Ltd. Mr. Yang was elected as the deputy chairman of Shenzhen Capital Group Co.,Ltd., Chairman of the Remuneration and Appraisal Committee, and Member of the Strategy and Budget Committee. Mr. Liang was elected as the director of Shenzhen Capital Group Co.,Ltd. and a member of the Audit and Risk Control Committee. During the meeting,director Yang affirmed the past achievements of Shenzhen Capital Group Co.,Ltd.,and gave instructions on the development direction of the Company for the next five years and profit index, and required Shenzhen Capital Group Co.,Ltd. to seize the opportunity to actively seek the turning point to be listed for H share and at overseas capital market.
