The Ministry of Environmental Protection Expert Group Visit the Dazhong Jiading Factory for Inspection
In the afternoon of August 18, 2015, Ministry of Environmental Protection expert group arrived at our company for on-site inspection, accompanied by over ten leaders of Shanghai Environmental Protection Bureau, Jiading District Jiading Environmental Protection Bureau and Water Affairs Bureau. Manager Yang Weibiao and deputy manager Lu Qiyu of Jiading factory and other relevant directors received the expert group members.
First of all, members of the group listened to manager Weibiao Yang about the "report on the trial operation of the third phase project at the first half year and the first and second phase of effluent quality standard operation". Then the expert group looked up the first half year of online monitoring data, accounting records and various reports and other written records and inquired about the water inlet load rate, water inlet and water outlet amount and the proportion of urban industrial wastewater and sanitary sewage, and went to the site to check the actual production operating condition of the first and second phase and the trial operation of the third phase project.
The expert group extended full affirmation of Dazhong Jiading's achieving the objectives of the third-phase project under the condition of tight time and heavy task and achieving standard emission at the first and second phase under the condition of full load, and the manager Weibiao Yang represented the Jiading factory to show sincere thanks to Ministry of Environmental Protection for their support and guidance on work for many years, and expected that Jiading factory makes greater contribution to the emission reduction in the future with great confidence with the third phase project coming into service.
