Nantong Dazhong Gas held board meeting and supervisors meeting, and 2016 shareholders meeting
At 2:00 pm on April 7, Nantong Dazhong Gas held the fourth session of 7th meeting of the Board of Directors at the assembly room on the 4th floor of the Company,and the fifth session of the first board meeting and supervisors meeting, and 2016 shareholders meeting. Yang Guoping, Chairman of the Board of DZUG, Jianming Ma, director general and Yiping Wu, deputy director general of Nantong Bureau of Municipal and Rural Construction, two sessions of executive directors and supervisors attended the meeting.
The meeting reviewed and approved the Proposal on the 2015 Annual Work Report of the General Managers of the Company, Proposals on 2015 Annual Financial Account Report of the Company, Proposals on 2015Annual Financial Budget Report of the Company, Proposals on 2015 Annual Work Report of the board of supervisors of the Company and proposals on changing the terms of the board of supervisors and the board of directors and management team.
The meeting also introduced the 2016 — 2018 development plan of Nantong Dazhong Gas Co., Ltd., and reported the promotion of the Service Dispatch Center Project of Nantong Dazhong Gas. The meeting completed all the agenda successfully, and the representatives of both sides of shareholders fully affirmed the achievements of the company, while pointing out the deficiencies of operating management, and encouraged all the staff of the company to continue to make efforts in the safety of gas supply, quality service, refined management, market development and deepening reform and other aspects, to achieve win-win situation of "the society, the public, the investors, the employees," and also make new contributions to create better environment for Nantong.
