Shanghai Dazhong Financial Leasing Holds 6th Board Meeting of Session 1
On Feb 14 2017, Shanghai Dazhong Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. held the sixth Board and Supervisory Board meeting of the first session, and the Chairman and President of DZUG, Mr. Yang Guoping and Mr. Liang Jiawei, as well as all company directors, supervisors and senior management attended the meeting, which was chaired by Mr. Yang Guoping. During the meeting 6 proposals were reviewed and passed: 1. the proposal regarding the 2016 annual work summary and 2017 annual work plan; 2. the proposal regarding the analysis of 2016 annual economic activities; 3. the proposal regarding the 2017 annual budget; 4. the proposal regarding the 2017 annual assessment scheme; 5. the proposal regarding the distribution of company profit; 6. the proposal regarding the change in company equity.
