Nantong Dazhong Gas Holds 3rd Meeting of Fifth Board
In the afternoon of March 17, Nantong Dazhong Gas Co., Ltd. held the 2nd Shareholders’ Meeting and the 3rd Meeting of the 5th session of the Board in 2017 in Nantong. The Group’s Chairman Yang Guoping, Nantong Urban-Rural Development Bureau’s director Ma Jianming, vice director Xu Xunguo, Nantong Dazhong Gas’ Chairman Zhuang Jianhao, as well as all directors and supervisors, attended the meeting to pass six proposals.
