DZUG Holds 3rd Session of 10th Board of Directors and Supervisors
In the morning of August 29, 2017, Shanghai Dazhong Public Utilities (Group) Co., Ltd. (DZUG) held its 3rd session of the 10th board of directors and supervisors in the Dazhong Building, which 11 directors and all supervisors and senior management attended. The meeting was chaired by the Chairman Mr. Yang Guoping, and 2 directors were absent due to business trips. The following proposals were passed: 1. DZUG 2017 semi-annual operating report and work plan for the latter half of the year; 2. DZUG 2017 semi-annual report and the summary; 3. Change of accounting policy.
In the first half of 2017, the company realized main business revenue of RMB2.463 billion, and a net profit of RMB203 million.
Previously, the following proposals were passed in the deliberation of 3rd session of the 10th board of supervisors: 1. DZUG 2017 semi-annual operating report and work plan for the latter half of the year; 2. DZUG 2017 semi-annual report and the summary; 3. Change of accounting policy.
