DZUG Held The 2018 Annual Information Technology Conference
On June 15th 2018, DZUG held the 2018 Annual Informatiion Technology Conference on the 21th floor of Dazhong Building, leaders of the Group, heads of various departments and heads of subsidiaries attended the meeting. The meeting was held by President Liang Jiawei, and Chairman Yang Guoping gave an important speech druing the meeting.
The information department of the Group reported and demonstrated the information construction overview, ECC data platform and mobile application portal in the conference; Departments of finance and the human resources of the Group introduced the construction of NC system and EHR system respectively; Dazhong Run and Dazhong Business explained the IT production system and monitoring system respectively. Administration Director Yu Min and Presidnt Liang Jiawei commented on the meeting and proposed requirements for working.
Chairman Yang Guoping attend the meeting and gave an important speech. Mr. Yang pointed out that informationization is the lifeline of the enterprise. It is required to improve the work of mobile offices, resource sharing and financial docking from three aspects of designing, controlling and collecting, so as to strengthen internal control, to reduce the risk, and to improve the competitive ability of the enterprise by using the big data.
Before the meeting, Chairman Yang Guoping led other leaderd of the Group to visit the public ECC exhibition hall and listened to the on-site demonstration.
During the training in the afternoon, IT consulting experts from Deloitte China shared the IT governance and management practice to the participants and let them have a better understanding on how IT governance helps enterprises to improve management ability. In addition, the information department also invited Microsoft MCSE experts to conduct special training on Office365, which improved the use skills of Office365 products for group employees.
