Li Jun, Deputy Party Secretary and General Manager of Haitong Securities, and His Delegation Visited Dazhong Public Utilities and Dazhong Transportation
On the afternoon of March 10, Li Jun, the Deputy Party Secretary and General Manager of Haitong Securities and his delegation visited Dazhong Public Utilities and Dazhong Transportation. Yang Guoping, chairman of the board of directors of the Dazhong Public Utilities and Dazhong Transportation, and his delegation greeted all the guests warmly.
Mr. Yang Guoping extended a warm welcome to Mr. Li Jun and his delegation, and expressed his thanks to Haitong Securities for successfully issuing corporate bonds on March 9. Mr. Yang Guoping recounted the history of close co-operation between Dazhong Public Utilities and Dazhong Transportation and Haitong Securities' investment banking over the following 32 years, since the initial public offering of Dazhong Public Utilities in 1991.
The leaders of two listed companies said that they expected to conduct further mutual cooperation in green filed, direct investment and overseas financial investment in the future.
Mr. Li Jun expressed his thanks to Dazhong Public Utilities and Dazhong Transportation for the long term trust and support. He said that Haitong Securities will continue to serve the two listed companies as well as before. On the basis of traditional investment banking cooperation, Haitong will strengthen the exploration of all-round business corporation in such fields as green bond, public Reits fund and new energy project investment.
Leaders from Dazhong Public Utilites and Dazhong Transportation, as well as leaders from Haitong bond financing department, corporate finance department and merger and acquisition fund participated in this meeting.
