DZUG Won the 18th "Golden Round Table Award" for Boards of Listed Companies in China
Recently, the 18th Board of Directors of Chinese Listed Companies – The “Golden Round Table” Award was officially released. Chairman Yang Guoping won the "Entrepreneurship Award", Dazhong Public Utilities won the "Special Contribution Award to Corporate Governance", and Cao Jing, the securities affairs representative, won the fourth "Good Assistant to the Board Secretary" award.
The magazine Board of Directors is a professional financial journal with corporate governance and board construction as the core content. The evaluation committee comprehensively evaluated the listed companies in the standardized governance, information disclosure, shareholder return, sustainable development and other dimensions.
