The Company Held the 2024 Shanghai Listed Companies Annual Report Collective Meeting
On May 10th, the "2024 Annual Performance Statement Meeting of Shanghai Listed Companies" was co-hosted by the Shanghai Listed Companies Association and the Shanghai Stock Exchange Information Network Co., Ltd. at the SSE Roadshow Center.
Mr. Liang Jiawei, executive Director and president of the Company, Mr. Jiang Guofang, independent non-executive Director, Mr. Jiang Yun, Vice President and chief financial officer, and Ms. Zhao Fei, secretary of the Board, communicated with investors on issues of concern to the market, including the Company's operational status in 2023, corporate governance, cash dividends, development strategy, significant matters, investor protection, and sustainable development.
The performance meeting is an important vehicle for communication between listed companies and investors. In recent years, the Company has earnestly implemented the "Opinions of the State Council on Further Improving the Quality of Listed Companies" and the requirements of the special action for corporate governance of listed companies. It has actively and proactively held performance statement meeting, which has brought it closer to investors. In the future, the Company will focus on institutionalization, specialization, diversification, and standardization as key points to play a "combination of punches" in investor communication work. The Company will strive to enhance coordination and create a positive comminication enviroment for investors.
