On the morning of August 21st, Cai Yongbo, Director and Party Secretary of the Zhejiang Provincial People's Government Office in Shanghai, visited Dazhong Group and had a forum with Chairman Yang Guoping and other leadership of Dazhong Group.
Chairman Yang Guoping introduced the development history of the Group over the past 30 years. He stated that since the formation of the Dazhong brand in 1988, and seizing the opportunity of shareholding reform in the early 1990s to successfully go public, Dazhong has always adhered to the “service first” concept. It has continuously expanded into fields including transportation logistics, gas, sewage treatment, financial venture capital, and big data, forming two modern service groups with sustainable development capabilities in the public service: "Dazhong Transportation" and "Dazhong Public Utilities." As a representative of Shanghai Zheshang enterprises, Dazhong will continue to promote and enrich the connotation of the "Four Thousand Spirit," maintain the vitality of innovative reform, expand global thinking and international markets, adhere to the safety baseline of enterprise operation, and actively integrate into the process of integration among Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai, creating greater value for society.
Secretary Cai Yongbo expressed gratitude towards the Dazhong Group for its years of support to Zhejiang's economic development and the work of the Zhejiang Office in Shanghai. He noted that under the leadership of Chairman Yang Guoping, Dazhong Group has been developing in an orderly manner, seeking progress while maintaining stability, and has been bold and proactive in the field of public services. As the chief supervisor of the Shanghai Zhejiang Chamber of Commerce and the chairman of Ningbo Chamber of Commerce, Yang Guoping has made significant contributions to the chamber's work. Since its establishment, Dazhong Group has continued to invest in industries in Hangzhou, Ningbo, Jiaxing, and other places, making substantial contributions to Zhejiang's high-quality development and social welfare. Secretary Cai Yongbo stated that the Zhejiang Office in Shanghai will continue to play a role in the development of enterprises, industries, and chambers of commerce, helping Shanghai Zheshang to create new productive forces and enhance core competitiveness.
The two sides also discussed in depth the current situation of the industry, enterprise planning, government-enterprise cooperation mode, and the coordination and mutual assistance of private enterprises in Zhejiang.
