On the afternoon of January 24, 2025, Dazhong Public Utilities convened its annual work conference for the year 2025 at the Inter-City Hotel in Xujiahui Center. Attending the meeting were the Group's Chairman Yang Guoping, CEO Liang Jiawei, leaders in charge of business divisions, middle-level managers, and the management teams of the Group's subsidiaries. The meeting was presided over by CEO Liang Jiawei.
At the conference, Mr. Jiang Yun, the Vice President and CFO of the Group analyzed the economic activities of each segment in 2024. The head of the Group's Information Department and the head of subsidiary companies respectively shared their work experiences and insights.
Mr. Liang Jiawei made a summary of the 2024 annual work and an outlook for the 2025 annual work at the meeting. He analyzed the main operating conditions of the Group in 2024, summarized the highlights of work and the achievement of operating targets in each segment, and affirmed the achievements made by the Group's various functional departments in information construction, human resources, internal control, and safety production management. Mr. Liang pointed out that in 2025, the Group will continue to adhere to the development strategy of focusing on public utilities as the core business and financial venture investment as the supplementary activities. The Group will pay special attention to three aspects: the sustainable development of the main business, operating cash flow, and the debt-to-asset ratio. It will also increase support and investment in two new businesses: integrated energy and LNG trading. Efforts will be made to improve the Group's overall performance and competitiveness. At the same time, Mr. Liang put forward specific requirements for the 2025 annual work of each subsidiary.
Yang Guoping, Chairman of the Group made an important speech titled "Confronting Challenges and Developing with Resilience" at the meeting. He analyzed and summarized the Group's tasks from three aspects: economic data, environmental analysis, objectives and tasks. Considering the current severe and complex international and domestic economic situation, he made plans and deployments for the development goals and direction of the Group in 2025. He pointed out that in the past year, under the joint efforts of the Group's management team, all employees were closely united, actively explored and made progress, and achieved good business results. At the same time, the Dazhonger stayed true to their original aspiration, continuously undertook social responsibilities, actively participated in social public welfare undertakings, and demonstrated the corporate philosophy of " Dazhong support when one is in trouble." Looking forward to 2025, Chairman Yang emphasized the need to continuously enhance the Group's strategic adaptability, organizational coordination ability, innovation drive, and risk management capability. It is essential to quickly adapt to changes in the domestic and international environment, maintain the continuity and stability of business operations, build a resilient enterprise, and continuously improve the core competitiveness of the Company.
