MR. YANG GUOPING HAS BEEN AWARDED THE “ESG EXTRAODINARY LEADER” BY THE GELONGHUI GOLDEN AWARD
On July 4, Gelonghui Golden Award released the ESG Awards list. Among the recipients, Mr. Yang Guoping, Chairman of Board (Stock Codes: 600635.SH / 01635.HK), was honored with the "ESG Extraodinary Leader" award for his exceptional leadership in the ESG field.

On March 29, Dazhong Public Utilities released its "2024 Sustainability Report." As the Company's first-ever sustainability report and its eighth ESG report, it systematically discloses the Company's major practices and achievements in environmental protection, social responsibility, and corporate governance. The report demonstrates the Company's capabilities and commitment, built over more than 30 years of dedication to public utilities, to actively integrate into the broader green transformation in the new development stage.
In the report, Mr. Yang Guoping emphasized that the Company must actively respond to national "dual carbon" goals, adhere to the new development concepts of "innovation, coordination, green development, openness, and sharing," deeply integrate the philosophy of green and sustainable development into its business operations, practice green operational principles, and strive to build an environmentally friendly benchmark enterprise.
