As the scorching summer heat sets in, successive days of scorching heat have posed a ‘roast’ test for frontline workers. Employees of the Company have quietly turned sweat into proof of their duty and commitment.
On 16 July, President Liang Jiawei, together with Zhao Ruijun, Chairman of Dazhong Gas, and the company’s senior management team, visited a Dazhong Gas service station to console the employees who stick to their posts under high temperature. President Liang conveyed his gratitude for their dedication, which safeguards the safe and orderly operation of the regional gas network. He inquired in detail about working and living conditions at the station, urged everyone to balance work and rest amid the lingering heat, while directing all relevant departments to keep heat-relief measures in place and ensure full logistical support.
On 16 July, Vice President and head of the environmental segment, Zhang Rongzheng, together with the managerial team of Jiangsu Dazhong, visited and extend their regards to employees in Peixian. Ms. Zhang sent condolences to the employees and inquired in detail about their recent work and life situation, reminding them to pay attention to heatstroke prevention during summer work and ensure their health and safety throughout the high-temperature season. At the same time, she also instructed all subsidiaries to continue to do a good job in heatstroke prevention, strengthen humanistic care, and create an excellent working environment for all employees.
On 17 July, President Liang Jiawei, Vice President Jiang Yun and Zhang Rongzheng went to Dazhong Logistics to console frontline employees. President Liang extended warm regards to staff in the dispatching room, fleet, and new-energy teams, presenting them with cooling care packages. On 24 July, Vice President and head of the environmental division Zhang Rongzheng, together with Party Branch Secretary and Administrative Director Li Weitao, visited Dazhong Jiading for a high-temperature consolation visit. While presenting care packages to frontline workers, the group leaders inquired in detail about recent work conditions and the employees’ physical well-being, repeatedly emphasizing the need for thorough heat-prevention and cooling measures to ensure a safe and refreshing summer.
On 15 July, Vice President and executive in charge of the Xiangyin Road Tunnel, Jiang Yun, visited the Xiangyin Road Tunnel Management Center to conduct a high-temperature consolation visit. Mr. Jiang highly commended the maintenance crew for their unwavering dedication despite the blistering heat and personally delivered cooling supplies into their hands.
