JIANG TAO, PARTY COMMITTEE SECRETARY AND GENERAL MANAGER OF THE GUOTAI HAITONG SECURITIES SHANGHAI BRANCH, LED A DELEGATION TO VISIT DAZHONG PUBLIC UTILITIES
On the morning of August 22, Mr. Jiang Tao, Party Committee Secretary and General Manager of Guotai Haitong Securities Shanghai Branch, led a delegation to visit Dazhong Public Utilities for business discussions. Mr. Liang Jiawei, Executive Director and President of the Company, led the team to gave the visiting delegation a warm reception.
Mr. President Liang Jiawei warmly welcomed Mr. Jiang Tao and his delegation. Looking back over more than three decades since the Company’s IPO in 1991, he highlighted the long-standing, active, and close collaboration between the Company and Guotai Haitong Securities across all business lines.
General Manager Jiang Tao expressed his gratitude for the trust and support given from the Company over the years. He stated that Guotai Haitong will continue to serve the Company as always, and strengthen the exploration of comprehensive and three-dimensional business cooperation in areas such as mergers and acquisitions of listed companies, innovative financing instruments, green finance, and digital transformation, on the basis of traditional investment banking cooperation.
Senior executives from Dazhong Public Utilities, together with leaders from Guotai Haitong Securities’ Corporate Client Department, Asset Allocation Department, Asset Management & Wealth Management Department, and Hefei Road Sales Office, attended the meeting.
