DAZHONG PUBLIC UTILITIES ATTENDED 2025 INTERIM PERFORMANCE STATEMENT MEETING OF SHANGHAI LISTED COMPANIES
To thoroughly implement the decisions and arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, further promote the implementation of the new “nine-point guideline” and the capital-market “1+N” policies, effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of investors, especially minority investors, and build a more effective platform for value transmission of listed companies and the discovery of investor value. Dazhong Public Utilities participated in “2025 Interim Performance Statement Meeting of Shanghai Listed Companies” co-hosted by the Shanghai Listed Companies Association and the Shenzhen Panorama Network Co., Ltd. on 19 September. Mr. Liang Jiawei, the Executive Director and President, Mr. Jiang Guofang and Yang Ping, the Independent non-executive director, Mr. Jiang Yun, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and Ms. Zhao Fei, Board Secretary, jointly engaged extensive communication with investors regarding 2025 interim results, development strategy, business performance of the public-utilities, investments, market value management and other topics of concern.
This event created a important platform for direct, in-depth dialogue between listed companies and investors. On the one hand, companies can present their operating results and development strategies more transparently and comprehensively. On the other hand, investors can also have a clearer understanding of the company's value and growth potential.
Going forward, the Company will continue to strengthen IR management, attach great importance to investors’ requests and concerns, and respond promptly so as to enhance their sense of participation and identification. In terms of information disclosure, internal governance and external communication, the Company will build a virtuous interaction with investors and strive to let them “come closer” and “see clearly".
